First day of Kwanzaa

So I'm watching BET and the host on 106 and park just blow through Kwanzaa. So what's up?Is it over? Kwanzaa not cool anymore? Well I updated my calendar to remind me of each day of Kwanzaa. Yeah, I know some people think it's made up, IT IS MADE UP! That's no secret! But why not have something positive for my people. Now we have something unique to African Americans. 4th of July ain't celibrated anywhere else but here, so why not Kwanzaa.

The Subway in L.A.

So many people still dont use the subway in Los Angeles. I guess because it doesn't go anywhere. Well that is unfair. The subway doesn't have enough stops to work for most of L.A. I took the subway to downtown L.A and went to the car show.

I have been doing a lot of walking and I can catch the subway at the bottom of my block. That $3.00 all day pass will take me to long Beach and back. I plan on trying that soon.

Myspace is no good

So now that I live in Hollywood, I'm going to take pictures of my life; in the city of stars. MySpace only let me put up a few pictures. I hope to post more on this blog.

We were taking pictures of stuff we see on the sidewalk as we walk to the bars. This couch was there all weekend.
